GradeUp Account Deletion

GradeUp users can permanently delete their account directly in the mobile app:

1. Open Profile.
2. Select Delete Account.
3. Confirm the permanent deletion twice.

This deletes the user’s profile, semesters, courses, study-streak records, and authentication account.

If you cannot access the app, request deletion by contacting davidchinyedc@gmail.com from the email address associated with your GradeUp account. We will complete deletion requests within 48 hours, unless a longer period is required by law; any such retention will be explained to you.

Data deletion

Deletion removes the account and the academic data associated with it. You will no longer be able to sign in or recover the deleted information.
